This project included design/build of a single-story, 20,661 SF structural fire station with a high apparatus bay, sleeping quarters, administrative space, a galley, a physical training room, outdoor recreation space, and a new 723 SF boat storage facility. The structure is a pre-engineered metal building with standing seam metal roofing. Exterior architectural details were created using 3 different colors of split face CMU in banding patterns. Extensive site work included clearing, grading, drainage, utilities, circulation paving, parking and sidewalks. The facility is qualified for USGBC LEED Silver.
