Stone Bay Sanitary Sewer Force Main & Wastewater System Modifications

Details

This project involved construction of wastewater system modifications and installation of sanitary sewer forcemain. HDPE ranging from 18 to 30 in diameter and 500 to 5,000 feet was installed. The project required five horizontal directional bores under the surrounding waterways, including a 5,078 linear foot horizontal directional bore under the New River to install 24 welded steel casing pipe. The work also included the construction of two new sewage pump carrier pipes and appurtenances, two new sewage pump stations, and installation of a new sewage grinder and appurtenances at an existing sewer pump station. This was a very complicated project that was executed near-flawlessly. As a result, the project received an Outstanding owner evaluation!
