SOF Company Operations Complex - Administrative Facility (South Site)

Details

This project involved construction of three new buildings totaling 37,040 SF on two separate sites. The largest facility (shown below) is located on the South site and is constructed of masonry and structural steel. This building is two stories with a total of 22,390 SF of interior space used for administration, operations and training functions by Special Operations Forces.

Site work for the complete project was extensive and included all new site utilities such as ductile iron water and fire flow lines, sewer line with lift station, underground electric, a duct bank for communications, storm sewer with a new retention pond, and gas lines.
