This project involved construction of three new buildings totaling 37,040 SF on two separate sites. The North site of the project contains two new pre-engineered metal buildings. The smaller of the two buildings is 2,560 SF and is used for vehicle and equipment storage. The larger of the two buildings (shown below), has a 25-foot eave height and a total of 12,090 SF. This building has a combination of split face CMU and insulated metal wall panels for the exterior skin. The roof is composed of insulated metal panel. This building is used for vehicle maintenance with office and classroom space for administrative purposes.

Site work for the complete project was extensive and included all new site utilities such as ductile iron water and fire flow lines, sewer line with lift station, underground electric, a duct bank for communications, storm sewer with a new retention pond, and gas lines. On this site (North Site), there is approximately 140,000 SF of new concrete paving, as well as a cast-in-place vehicle inspection pit and a new segmental block retaining wall and all new landscaping.
