Details

This project involved construction of a 7,800 SF building used as a training area for Explosive Ordinance Disposal unit personnel. The facility, constructed of CMU on pile caps and grade beams, includes four high bay areas, five classrooms, locker rooms and laundry areas. Work included extensive site work, installation of a 4,500 foot concrete drive, a standing seam metal roof, and new electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mass notification, and fire protection with sprinklers and alarms. This facility was designed to LEED Certified standards.
